Wedding Policies

  • Wedding Policy: Our pastors and staff can only perform ceremonies for those who are covenant members in good standing. Exceptions to this policy can be made in the event that someone is a member of a sister church (Acts 29 or Summit Collaborative), in good standing, and that church's elders affirm the marriage.

Security Policies

  • Backpacks: Backpacks are not allowed to be worn in the Worship Center during services unless they are clearly being used as a diaper bag. 
  • Background Checks: Ministry teams will be background checked.
  • Office Access Policy (Sundays): Please only enter the office on a Sunday morning if one of the following descriptions apply…
    - You are a staff member or an elder
    - You are looking for an elder of staff member for counsel
    - You are serving on the security team that Sunday
    - You are serving with the band that Sunday
    - You are serving with a team that needs access to the offices on that Sunday
    - You have pre-approval from staff or elders to be in the office that Sunday

  • Building Use Policy: The building's primary use is as a base for ministry. Therefore, personal uses for the facility are not permitted (i.e., birthday parties, family reunions, etc.). However, the facility is available for member weddings, funerals, and the needs of area ministries and community partners.
