The primary metaphor that God uses to describe his people is that of children in a family. As God’s children, we want to show your children the great love that God has for them and we want them to hear the truth of God’s Word in a way that they can understand.
To us, children’s ministry is far more than merely “keeping kids occupied” while parents worship. Our goal is to partner with you as parents by helping to shepherd the hearts of your children in a safe, fun, clean environment where they can learn God’s way for the very best kind of life.
To train your children, we will be using the 252 Basics curriculum. We encourage you supplement what kids are learning on Sunday with tools like “The Jesus Storybook Bible” and “The Story of God for Kids” as ways to engage your kids with God’s story on a daily basis. We will also be able to send you emails about what we are learning on Sundays so that you can initiate conversations with your kids about it throughout the week.
